Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
1. Introduction & Scope
Soft Pixel Digital (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy and handling personal data with transparency and care. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit our website (softpixeldigital.com) or interact with our services across the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, and Pakistan.
2. Information We Collect
The information handled depends on how you use the website:
- Contact Details: Your full name, business email address, phone number, and company name.
- Project Information: Website URL, target budget, project scope, desired timelines, and technical requirements.
- Technical Metadata: Hosting logs may include IP addresses and browser details. The contact endpoint uses a keyed, bucketed IP hash to limit repeated submissions; the rate-limit window resets hourly.
3. How We Use Your Information
We process your data strictly for legitimate business purposes:
- To evaluate and respond to your project brief or inquiry.
- To schedule exploratory discovery calls and provide technical proposals.
- To fulfill contractual obligations and provide client software and AI consulting services.
- To maintain website uptime, detect security threats, and prevent spam.
4. Third-Party Integrations & Form Delivery
Direct submission, when configured, sends your brief through the hosting mail service to info@softpixeldigital.com. If unavailable, an email draft lets you send it through your own email provider. Downloaded briefs remain on your device. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties or advertising brokers under any circumstances.
5. AI & Voice Agent Data Privacy
The website conversation examples are fictional text demonstrations. They do not record your voice or connect to a live calling system. Data handling for any commissioned AI implementation must be agreed separately before processing begins.
Optional Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics (measurement ID G-LQ4ZGJJ2JP) on our production domain only after you choose Accept analytics. It can process page visits, browser and device information, interaction data and cookie identifiers. Google receives that information to provide usage reports. We do not intentionally send contact-form contents to Analytics. Advertising signals and ad-personalization signals are disabled in our configuration.
Declining leaves Analytics unloaded. Your choice is stored in this browser. Use Enable analytics or Disable analytics at the bottom of any page to change it. Disabling stops this integration and clears accessible Google Analytics cookies; it does not remove data previously sent to Google. If browser storage is blocked, your choice may not persist.
Google Tag Manager and Microsoft Clarity
Google Tag Manager (GTM-WDD34WBX) manages tags configured in our container. Microsoft Clarity (yzeoq9uqhg) provides interaction analysis, heatmaps and session recordings. With JavaScript enabled, they load after the optional analytics choice is accepted. The enquiry form is marked for Clarity masking. Avoid entering sensitive information into the website.
For the production launch build, the supplied Google Tag Manager no-JavaScript fallback can contact Google even when this browser-based consent control cannot run. Tags in that container must be configured appropriately before publication. Disabling analytics does not erase information already sent to providers.
6. Data Retention
Inquiry submissions are retained only as long as necessary to conduct ongoing business discussions or fulfill contractual record-keeping obligations. You may request deletion of your contact records at any time.
7. Your Rights
Under applicable laws (including UK GDPR and relevant international privacy standards), you have the right to:
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Request deletion (“right to be forgotten”) of your personal data.
- Object to or restrict the processing of your data.
8. Contact Our Data Controller
